Spencer Properties has a new intern who is both a vibrant and a personable addition, Ethan Nichols! He is entering his sophomore year at Liberty University (GO FLAMES!). He has a keen interest in real estate along with an affinity for relationship-building and personal growth, so he is ON FIRE with us this summer! His passion for real estate and seeking opportunities to learn more about the business might be bigger than his hair!! He has demonstrated his interest in community by starting a bible study for college students at Liberty. Ethan was also on the student council in high school and spent many years on a leadership team at his church. He is one of the rare folks who actually enjoys public speaking and he spoke at his high school's FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) events and spent many hours on stage at his church giving messages. He loves sports and played football as a kid and throughout high school. He's a hometown guy; he has lived all over Raleigh and knows the area well. If Ethan isn’t walking one of his 5 dogs, then you might catch him at the gym working out or on one of the Bedford greens tossing a football. Ethan is a determined and disciplined young man and we are delighted to have him as a member of the Spencer Properties team.
