Tabitha is a North Carolina native who grew up skiing and fishing on Lake Gaston. A graduate of UNC Wilmington and a former student at ECU, Tabitha began her Real Estate career in 2006. After several years in new construction sales and running her own real estate business, she has experience as a buyer and seller's agent, investor, and property manager. Tabitha joined Spencer Properties in early 2026 as a customer care agent. She currently lives in Garner with her husband, Nathan, and their four dogs.
