Managing your rental property

  • Collect rent
  • Manage security deposit in accordance with the Tenant Security Deposit Act
  • Handle all tenant requests/complaints
  • Coordinate all repairs as needed
  • Inspect property once every quarter
  • Keep you informed with a monthly informational email
  • Send a rent and statement by the 15th of the month
  • Evict tenants in breach of contract
  • Prepare property for rent once vacated

Fee: 10% of rent collected
